Q: Paying Customer: Sent Multiple Emails Over 3 Weeks with 0 Response
I have been trying to contact you and your company per the recommended support email (emailteam@emaildelivery.com) with 0 response for 3 weeks. I have sent from my business email as well as Gmail and still have no response.
I have also scanned your TOC and Privacy Policy which has a different email for support (emailsupport@emaildelivery.com) which does not work and bounces.
How are paying customers supposed to contact you for questions related to your software?

I have even contacted Ian via LinkedIn Sales Navigator with no response even though he logged in last week.
This is the issue:
Its impossible to turn off 'link tracking'. There is no option to stop link tracking which completely disables any marketing SaaS we are using because all links and even the List-Unsubscribe: in the email header is getting replaced. No links go to the SaaS.

AppSumo is now offering credits to purchasers, but you have to contact appsumo support by April 11th.

They are a completely separate company and they have invested a lot of time and expertise into fixing the missing functionality and adding a lot of capabilities and integration.
