Q: Support from the team

If the support issue isn't rectified the team should be blacklisted from offering future deals. This is entirely unacceptable. Has anyone had any luck at all getting the product to work reliably?

Yes, we have. It is rock solid, but we have extensive experiencing (decades) in building ESPs. We now have ALL of the features working in emaildelivery.com including full account management and the internal ticketing. We used emaildelivery.site to get it fixed.

I have T3 but when I went to reset the password on the account, their website showed my email address or account does not exist.

That would be an issue with emaildelivery.com, we are not part of them.
