How can we achieve this with Email Delivery?
For example:
1. User added to Wordpress - ADD CONTACT
2. User buys Woo product - ADD TAG
3. User joins membership level - ADD TAG
4. User cancels membership level - REMOVE TAG
Etc, etc.
I use Funnelkit Automations a lot - it's really baked into Wordpress and is excellent. However, it would be great to be able to manage and send bulk mail lists from a separate system rather than from within Wordpress (and just use Funnelkit for specific user behaviour automation emails).
What's your suggestion for this challenge? Webhooks would be one option but it looks like Email Delivery only has outgoing web hooks so it cannot receive data.

You can remove contacts from email sequences automatically when they've reached a goal like a conversion or a purchase by tagging/untagging them, and also send them into new/additional email sequences within email sequences this way.
We have Zapier, and we are adding Pabbly very soon, we get asked for Pabbly every day, it's coming.
You can integrate your pre-existing WordPress form with the platform and take advantage of all our form features such as tagging, automations, funnels, etc, or you can just use our drag and drop form creator and add our forms to your site instead to accomplish this natively.

Pabbly would be great - as would Activepieces as that one is open source and I think may go a long way.

People have been recommending Activepieces/N8N as possible options for us since we're already a self-hosted product, we'll look into all these things after Pabbly is done, as integration possibilities are one of the most frequent questions right behind "Does this thing do cold email?".
That would be great. I would be using the Activepieces cloud version - although I imagine the integration would be the same for both.
PS. Great communication by the way. It always baffles me why many Appsumo founders take a long time to reply - or even just don't reply to questions at all. It's a refreshing change!

Thanks for that, I've been hearing this a lot, I had no idea that people who launch these deals often just ignore everyone's questions or answer 4 days later while providing mediocre to bad support. That's pretty surprising to me.
It is baffling in the extreme: "Hey everyone, buy my great product! Got questions to help you make a purchase decision? Nah, can't be bothered with that." :)
Pabbly would be a big help.
