Thank you derek087, absolute no no, without top notch support this software is unusable for non-techies. It was praised and hyped so much and now support is stumbling? Unbelievable.

The support disappeared. They also have not released any updates in like a month. Seems like support was working up to the end of the refund time on appsumo and then left. I also have a T3 and have had some issues and nothing. Been trying for over two weeks. Might start looking for a alternative.
