Previously they provided email support within 1-3 business days. But since the 60 day money back guarantee period has ended. I and several other buyers have not been able to contact the manufacturer. They have also stopped updating the product since 28-7. The internal features of the product are flawed and cannot be used for resale for any product. I purchased the T3 and am completely disappointed with their commitment to the product while selling it.
