Customer service so silent, you'd think they're selling ghost costumes! đ
I hate to say it, but trying to get a hold of customer service has been a complete flop. Iâve sent tons of emails and messages, but itâs like they've vanished into thin air. Still waiting on a reply about the query I had and about the understanding the policy for the features provided.
I get that some things take time, and they might be busy plotting future updates
<C-T-R ANALYTICSđ>, but total silence !?
Thatâs just not cool. The one thing they did right was letting us pick email templates, which look pretty snazzy, to be honest. Thatâs why Iâm giving them 2 stars, just for the fancy designs.
otherwise nothing more than this inside so far !đ
Honestly, if their support team could just hit reply once in a while, I might even bump them up 1 extra a star. But for now, it's like complimenting a INVISIBLE men for its fashion sense, nice, but not very helpful đ

No stacking, No HTML, it's just an email PNG generator
I purchased two licenses - for those wondering they do not stack. The product itself is basically just a signature generator as a PNG. I was disappointed to find that it doesn't give you an HTML version of your signature. So no one can click on your phone number to call you.
You could get the same result using canva, and exporting a png file

Looks nice, but it's not there yet
While it has some nice designs, you are not able to remove fields (like a phone number) or add them (like social media icons). It has potential, but it's not there yet.

Nice idea, but not enough yet
What´s fine?
- Clear structure in designs.
What´s missing?
- I´m in Germany and I cannot use a button in f.ex. a banner with an English text. Found no possibility to change and got no reaction on my request.
- I copied the code for Apple and followed the instructions. It doesn´t work. Same request, no reaction.
- Designs offer too less possibilities to change positions of elements.
This is the first experience, maybe it will get nicer in the next weeks. For the moment I cannot use it and really was searching for exact such a tool.

Has potential but not there yet
Nice designs but needs the ability to add basic email signature things into the signature like social media icons and addresses for it to work.
