I hate to say it, but trying to get a hold of customer service has been a complete flop. I’ve sent tons of emails and messages, but it’s like they've vanished into thin air. Still waiting on a reply about the query I had and about the understanding the policy for the features provided.

That’s just not cool. The one thing they did right was letting us pick email templates, which look pretty snazzy, to be honest. That’s why I’m giving them 2 stars, just for the fancy designs.

Honestly, if their support team could just hit reply once in a while, I might even bump them up 1 extra a star. But for now, it's like complimenting a INVISIBLE men for its fashion sense, nice, but not very helpful 🙃
