Q: Question about redemption of codes

Hi there,
*I just bought 2 Tier 1 deals.
I activated one for our main email address and it created a workspace.
Then I created a second workspace and activated the second tier 1 deal and assigned it to the second workspace.

But when I want to check if everything worked out fine I can only check the usage of the profile/account that was created first - why is that?

Alll I would want to check is the usage of Workspace 1 (which has 1 Tier 1 assigned to it) and Workspace 2. (which has 1 Tier 1 assigned to it.) Is that possible and if yes, how?

A: Hi there,

you always see the usage of the workspace you are currently in.

It looks like it is an account but it is actually an account "within" active workspace.

I have checked your licenses and they are correctly activated as you said.
