Considering the one-time cost and monthly limits - this LTD is well invested money. I was contemplating for some time if I could trust Emailit and only purchased after careful research and being really sure they deliver. I like the concept by which they assure the reputation of the sender remains immaculate.
Positive highlight is certainly their customer service which also assisted with unusual license requests. Attentive, professional, solution-oriented.

Setup requires some attention to detail (which any other SMTP eMail would either). But it is manageable if proceeding with care and conscious.

I'm glad about my choice and feel okay to leave "just another" 5* review because this was a perfect quality choice.

The set up is hard to find anywhere. There are no videos on youtube anywhere to help in the setu p. Someone needs to do a step by step tutorial. this has been a pain to even get working! Regret the buy

I recently purchased this deal for mainly transactional mails SMTP/API. As I am familiar with email deliverability, I tested this solution and checked for blacklisted IP-addresses.

The interface is clean and user-friendly. Thumbs up for George (aka Jiří Žižka 🙂) and team for this. Note, this tool is not really built for marketing mails (if email marketing is new for you). It's main focus is serving as a mail server. And I hope it will keep this focus. Keeping IP's clean as an ESP for marketing purposes is not easy (e.g. users 'forget" list validation, ramping up volumes, … and that makes maintaining a good sending reputation difficult). Having the ability to send out straightforward 'marketing mails' is a nice functionality, however.

If you start using this tool (and act as a reliable sender = no cold mails, no bounces, handling volumes correctly, …) you can (if approved for good practice) switch from the onboarding IP's to the clean IP's of Emailit. George takes care of that and my tests proved these IP's are good quality (none blacklisted, fast, …). I also believe/hope this is constantly monitored.

Also note that well-known transactional mail servers also use onboarding IP's (that might be blacklisted due to free accounts that abuse these offerings). This is how it should be done. Therefore, I appreciate this AppSumo offer I purchased. I like to suggest you to do the same if you need an emailing platform and your intentions are good.

The Bottom Line
Emailit is a reliable and well-supported email service that solved a critical problem for me. The real-time notifications via webhooks are a game-changer.

My Experience
I've been using Emailit for about a month now, primarily for testing and development. The setup was straightforward, and in my testing, emails are getting through reliably.
Important context: I haven't yet put significant production traffic through the service, so I can't speak to performance under heavy load. I'm aware that some users experienced performance issues during the Black Friday rush when the service got overwhelmed with new signups. The founder has acknowledged this and explained they were working to scale up. My review reflects my testing experience so far - I'll update once I have production traffic running.

What I Love
Webhooks are the MVP: This feature alone is worth it. I get real-time notifications about the status of every email (sent, delivered, bounced, failed). I no longer have to discover delivery problems days later by accident. It gives me huge peace of mind and lets me respond immediately if something goes wrong.

Flexible Sending Options: Having both SMTP and API options is fantastic. It makes integration easy, regardless of my tech stack.

Excellent Support: I hit a small snag trying to upgrade during the Black Friday promo. The support team was swift and effective, resolving my issue much faster than I've experienced with some other AppSumo tools. This reliability is crucial.

A Trustworthy Replacement: I originally bought Emailit as a direct replacement for another AppSumo email tool (Acumbamail) that suddenly went offline with no support response. Emailit has filled that gap completely and feels dependable.

Overall Impression
If you need a no-nonsense, reliable email service with modern features like webhooks and dual sending methods, Emailit shows promise. The proactive support and transparent delivery tracking are definite strengths. It delivers exactly what it promises in my testing environment.

Fed up with paying a non-trivial monthly fee to SendGrid for a bunch of features and email capacity I don't use, I had looked for a long time for an alternative before coming across EmailIt.

Signup and switching providers was trivial, though I only use transactional email so can't speak for marketing lists.

The portal is simple but effective and support has been helpful so far for the small teething issues I had.

Few frills, but it does what I need.
