Support was terrible or non reachable
documentation was poor worked on it 3 weeks to connect it properly only to get an email stating my emails were bad, I was going to just clean my list and continue but ill just move on to a company that supports there customers this was a absolute waste of time

The platform is very minimal, it is not ugly, but it has many limitations. The import from csv is the poorest part and the one that works the worst, it does not have an error alert system and address cleaning, basically if an address is incorrect the import stops without messages and you remain there waiting and understanding what it is doing, I had to check on the browser developer tools to see the response json that reported that some addresses had a writing error. After I cleaned up all the errors, when I try to load the csv with about 3500 contacts, so very few, the import goes into gateway timeout, then without error messages, then I realize by refreshing the page that it has imported only 1600 contacts, if I try to reload the csv however it does not give me the possibility to start again from the last imported contact. All very frustrating. I still have to test the editing and style part to package the email. I will update my review.

Update: i have work 1 hour for create my template, click on save, click close. No template saved. So i lost 1 hour of work.... frustating

Update 2:
- Import csv (no message of errors, no possibility to clean in the platform the address, no remove double address or fixed incorrect address)
- Template editor with Dragit Editor, i work for 2 hours on creating template and email content, after auto saving i close, i try to come back to the template but nothing was saved.
- After 4 times that i try to create the template the last had work, now i have template but when i try to testing email with layout clicking icon, insert email address but no mail are send, no message of errors, loading icon always turn around.
- I have create a campaign test, with 2 our address for testing, i choose and set to send the campaign on Audience 'Test', but script send out email also to other audience, so send 2800 emails... I have no words for this absurd mess.
- I gonne check metrics and other and all message have errore: Message is delayed, because of rate limits. Message will be sent later.... so no email sended. ( I had already configure domain and dns)

SO, AT THE MOMENT YOUR SCRIPTS IS NOT USABLE
