A: Here's how it works: One-time credits are completely separate from daily credits. They are not limited by the daily cap, We provide 250,000 one-time bonus credits to our customers in addition to the standard monthly quota. These bonus credits are not restricted by the daily usage limit.
For example, with the Tier 2 plan, you get 60,000 credits per month, but can only use up to 2,000 credits per day. However, the 250,000 bonus credits can be used freely at any time, without being limited to the daily cap.
In terms of usage priority:
We always deduct from your daily credits first. If you’ve hit your daily limit, then we’ll start using your one-time credits, if available.
Hope that clears it up! Let me know if you have more questions
i liked your precision and how your software find emails but finding emails through website is also a nice feature and i am eagerly waiting for that feature to come in your software can you tell me how much time will it take to launch that feature in your software. and what are the new features and updates coming in your software can you just give us a brief.
A: Thank you so much for your kind words — really glad to hear you’re finding our email verification helpful! 🙌
You’re absolutely right, the ability to find emails directly through websites is a powerful feature. We’ve added this to our roadmap and will try to complete it as soon as we can (we’ll keep you updated along the way).
Alongside that, we’re also rolling out a few other updates, including:
1-Integrations — we already have several available, and we’re now adding HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress plugin, and many more. 2-Browser extensions (right now we only support Chrome, but others are on the way). 3-Improved speed in verification results and finding emails( Most important), 4-Detailed reporting & analytics to give you better insights. 5-Mobile responsive site, which will be available in the coming weeks.
We’ll be sharing more details as each feature goes live, so you’ll always be in the loop. Thanks again for your support — it really motivates us to keep improving!
I know I will come up as a bit rude but i really wanted to ask like every software in appsumo is verified by persona or pandadoc. which is always mentioned and also the photo and LinkedIn profile of the founder is also mentioned because it built trust. But I can't find any of it. It feels like there was no effort put in making the introduction of the app like every new software has a video where the appsumo representatives explain the app it feels good and built trust and also every software have nice branding and all. I don't doubt the capability of the software because i have personally checked the results and compared it with Anymail finder, neverbounce and every time the results were identical and if i use your software then should i need to use another verification software to get better verification or your software is sufficient
A: Thank you so much for sharing your honest feedback — I truly appreciate it. I completely understand your concerns regarding trust and presentation. Many AppSumo launches do highlight verification badges, founder introductions, and brand videos, and I agree those elements definitely help build credibility. We’re actively working on improving our presence and branding to match that level of polish.
On the technical side, I’m glad to hear you compared our results with tools like Anymail Finder and NeverBounce and found them identical. Our verification process is designed to be fully sufficient on its own — you don’t need to layer it with another tool to get better accuracy. That said, if you’d ever like a deeper breakdown of how we handle verification or see a detailed accuracy report, I’d be happy to share it with you.
Your input helps us improve both the product and how we present it, so thank you again for raising this. We’ll make sure to put more effort into building that same level of trust you mentioned.
can you tell me about the email combinations because i mostly need to find emails of the doctors because i work with doctors (eg: brad allen) so when i put bred allen i cant find any email but there exists an email named which is valid like drallen@domain.com. so when i put (dr brad allen) so that it can juggle up with combinations but it doesn't find that combination like (drallen) so can you look out in this matter and also there is one suggestion as i have used apollo.io for lead generation i have found a weird combination like various peoples use half name like if the name is (gregory wu) they keep emails like (greg.wu). By the way i really like this software and i am forward to see more updates in this software.
A: Thank you so much for sharing your experience and detailed feedback — really appreciate it! Currently, our system generates and checks the following combinations when trying to find emails:
first.last@domain.com first@domain.com last@domain.com last.first@domain.com You’re absolutely right that in many industries (like doctors), people often use variations such as shortened names, initials, prefixes (Dr., Prof., etc.), or even half-name formats (like greg.wu@domain.com or drallen@domain.com).
Right now, these cases aren’t fully covered, but we’ve added your suggestion to our roadmap. Soon we’ll be rolling out additional combinations and smarter matching rules so you can capture more of these tricky formats (like prefix-based emails, abbreviated names, or shortened first/last combos).
Really glad you’re enjoying the software — we’re excited to keep improving and making it even more powerful for you
A: We generate multiple smart combinations of a person’s name with the company domain and then pass these combinations through a series of advanced validation checks (SMTP, MX records, catch-all detection, etc.). This way, we don’t just guess—we actually return the most accurate and verified email address available.
Our process works in two main stages:
1. Pattern Generation – Using the individual’s first name, last name, and company domain, we create multiple intelligent combinations (e.g., firstname@domain.com, lastname@domain.com, etc.).
2. Multi-layer Validation – Each generated email pattern is rigorously validated through:
Syntax Check – Ensuring the format is RFC-compliant.
Domain/MX Verification – Confirming the domain has valid DNS and mail exchange records.
SMTP Handshake – Checking directly with the mail server to verify if the mailbox exists.
Catch-All Detection – Identifying domains that accept all emails to reduce false positives.
Role-based/Disposable Filtering – Removing generic or temporary addresses not tied to real decision-makers.
By combining smart generation with strict validation, we ensure the highest level of accuracy in the emails we return.
I was really impressed by the quality of emails verification and finder it provides but I was talking if your company will come with the features of finding emails using websites and also finding only the decision maker emails and a quick question does emailverify provides email finding through API
Thank you for your feedback — really glad to hear you’re impressed with the quality of our email verification and finder. Sure, we’ll definitely add your suggestion about finding emails via websites and focusing on decision-maker contacts to our feature list for future updates. And yes, EmailVerify does provide an Email Finder API. You can check here: https://app.emailverify.io/api-setup
