In the three tiers, there are the daily credits, and one time credits. is the one time credits separate from the daily credits? For example, if I stay within the limits of the daily credits, will the one time credits be used up, or will it just use the daily credits?

One-time credits are completely separate from daily credits. They are not limited by the daily cap, and there's no connection between the two — so using your daily credits doesn’t affect your one-time credits, and vice versa.
In terms of usage priority:
We always deduct from your daily credits first.
If you’ve hit your daily limit, then we’ll start using your one-time credits, if available.
