Q: I am trying to understand the full difference between the premium plan and the expert plan.

Other than the email blank (which my understanding is, a place to store your own emails) and increased users, what are the other differences between the two plans? I was unable to tell from the website. Thank you.

A: The first difference between the two plans is the number of users (up to 3 for the Premium Plan and up to 10 for the Expert Plan). The second difference is the ‘Email Bank’ feature (available in the Expert Plan but not in the Premium Plan).

Apart from these, there are no other differences between the two plans.

I think I only need the Premium plan (Tier 1). So, will all plans get the same new features when they are rolled out?

No. All plans won’t get the same new features. The reason for this is that some new features that won’t be useful for some plans. For example, if we roll out a feature that has to do with sub-accounts, Tier 1 and 3 plans won’t get it.

But I want to assure you that all our LTD users will get all the new futures (for the plan they have) as they are rolled out.

I hope this makes sense.

Can you explain the 'email bank' a little more? Why would it be worth stacking another code? I don't need the users and am trying to decide between the single code or two. Thank you 😊

Hi, the Email Bank feature allows you to store all your emails.
You can use it for storing all the emails you've written before or the ones in your local files. You can even use it to save any email you come across which you like.
You can also write your emails and save them there in case you would want to access them in the future.
Best of all, you can add as many emails as you want.

I hope this makes sense?
