Q: Sub accounts and token usage

Regarding selling sub accounts on T3 or T4, it won't use my monthly token usage, correct?

With regards to your question, YES.. that's right.
Your sub users aren't consuming anything from your tokens, they are independent of your account, you get to control who you give access to.
