Updated Review

90m one-on-one w client. Clicked Save. Lost EVERYTHING
Every week, I get on a Zoom with this particular client and just tackle whatever needs tackling. SEO, content, WordPress tweaking, firewall/security… and in this particular morning:
Optimize the three emails that new subscribers get.
• Whipped up something to start with (one of EmailWritr's DFY campaigns)
• Worked and massaged new words, updating, tweaking and cleaning up the copy to sound like their brand … and to be more appropriate as to what the subs were going to be getting/hearing
• Clicked Save
Toast.
Blank screen (like one of the generic browser screens that Chrome throws in your face when you hit a wall). Some generic error about cookies.
I wished I would have refreshed the page.
Instead, I clicked the back button.
Toast. All that was there was the default, A.I.-created templates.
All the work we had done was gone.
Tried Saving, just to test things. OH THEN it was fine. I Saved the same d@*n template copy just fine. This is obvious thanks to the green box that appears at the top of the page with a 'success' message)
Then I went to submit a support ticket.
First time I clicked, "Submit" ? … 403 Server Error.
This is so buggy and full of server errors… (when I first got the deal, my asst. reported that she kept getting server errors too) and 'cookie errors' (?!… that's a new error for me), that it just sucked $$ right out of my morning (there's no way I am going to ethically charge for that time to write emails that went up in smoke).
I liked the wizard-style campaign builder, but take a que from some of these other tools that either auto-save or caches the text … so you can even CLOSE the page! and STILL return to the URL and pick up right where you left off (do whatever Paperform does)!
