In theory, it's an excellent product, but the integration with Slack has been a nightmare!
And technical support (although responsive) can't figure out why my office manager still does not have admin privileges and why she does not even appear as a registered user?! All they keep doing is sending her a new registration link...
If it was not for the technical issues with Slack and user integration I would give a higher score.
