Does tier 1 support importing contacts and then adding manually historical buying history for your algorithm to then do segmentation?
What stores do you work with ( a current functioning ecommerce store) in order to capture purchase history shopify / woocommerce or can you work with any website store Wix / wordpress shopping cart or SAAS websites webwave / webstarts?
How easy is it to export with segmentation information (yes assuming a dedicate field has been made for it).
A: We work with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, OpenCart and a few others out of the box. All the history and analytics are run on the store data obtained by the APIs of these stores.
Tier 1 does not support importing of contacts and is for existing contacts in the underlying store only.
A: Currently only standard first name, last name and other customer meta are supported in email templates in addition to the dynamic product blocks of enterprise stores.
A: As per the App Sumo licensing, you need one email & one store per license.
