Awesome questions — appreciate how clearly you laid them out. Let’s break each one down, and I’ll be as transparent as possible about what you can and can’t do with the 2025 AppSumo Lifetime Deal (LTD).

❌ What you can’t do with this LTD (Growth Plan):
Let’s start with the two big limitations you asked about:

1. “Event-based segmentation” — what does that mean?

In Encharge, events are things your users do — like:
• "Signed up for free trial"
• "Clicked a button inside your app"
• "Completed a lesson"
• "Submitted a Typeform quiz"

If your tool sends Encharge a custom event (via API or tracking script), you can normally segment people by those actions — like:
• “Show me everyone who signed up but didn’t complete Lesson 1”
• “Show me users who clicked a specific CTA inside the app”

That’s event-based segmentation — and it’s part of the Premium plan only (not included in this 2025 LTD).

2. “Trigger flows with API events” — what does this mean?

This refers to using custom events to kick off automations. For example, if you run a SaaS, you could send us an API call when a user reaches “Plan Upgrade Complete” — and that could start a nurture sequence or fire off a CRM update.

This ability to use events as triggers is also Premium-only in the 2025 LTD. So if your use case depends heavily on custom app tracking or advanced behavior logic, you might need to upgrade later.

That said — you still get tons of other trigger types with the LTD:
• Tag added
• Joined a list
• Submitted a form
• Opened/clicked an email
• And many native integration triggers (like Stripe, Calendly, Intercom)

So you can build really powerful flows without using API events 🙌

✅ What is included or possible?
# Can I integrate with Thrive Themes / Thrive Leads?

Not natively (yet!), but there are workarounds:
• You can use Webhooks or 3rd-party tools like Zapier or Pabbly to send Thrive form submissions into Encharge
• If you can get Thrive to send an email and name via webhook, you can use the “Form Submitted” trigger to start flows
• We’d love a native integration someday, but Thrive doesn’t offer an open API, so it’s tough without mutual interest — feel free to request it here

# Does your automation support date-based options?

Yes — we support:
• “Wait until a specific date”
• “Wait until a specific day/time (like every Monday at 10pm)”
• “Wait until a field (like custom field 'Webinar Date') is reached”

# Delivery rate stats?

Definitely — you can track:
• Delivery, open, click, bounce, and unsubscribe rates
• On both emails and entire Flows
• We also do email verification, bounce handling, and offer sender authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)

# A/B testing?

Yes! Encharge supports A/B split testing for emails inside Flows. You can test:
• Subject lines
• Content blocks
• Entire messages
Then pick a winner manually or automatically.

# What if my list grows above 50,000?

The 2025 LTD tops out at Tier 6 (50,000 subscribers) — if you go beyond that, you’ll need a paid subscription for the difference only. But:

Q: Why campaign is not delivered? I notice a lack of transparency

Hi,

Before purchasing , I contacted your live support and asked about sending limitation and your agent said no limitation.
After purchasing, I import my list and after sending my first campaign I was surprised that only "9 emails were delivered" and since hours it's the same thing nothing changed!

Thanks for flagging this, and I truly understand your frustration—especially when things don’t go as expected right after purchasing.

Let me start with some transparency. All new Encharge accounts—regardless of plan—go through a throttling/warm-up process for email sending. This is not a sending “limit” per se (there are no hard caps on the number of emails you can send), but rather a temporary delay that allows your account to build up a sender reputation gradually.

This helps protect your domain and ours from landing in spam or getting blocked entirely—which unfortunately happens quickly if cold lists are blasted too fast.

In your case, it looks like your emails are being delivered gradually, but the full batch may take some time depending on:
• the size of your list
• your domain’s sending reputation
• any red flags picked up (like low open rates or high bounce/spam scores)

If you imported a list all at once and sent a campaign right away, that could trigger a bit more caution in the system. We recommend starting with small batches (50-200 contacts) and scaling up as you see engagement improve (opens, clicks, etc).

Right now, there isn't a promo program specifically for LTD users to pay monthly for Transactional emails or API access while keeping their LTD Tiers. The features you're asking about (Transactional Emails and API Events) are part of the Premium plan only, and we haven’t created an à-la-carte option for LTD accounts to bolt those on.

We’ve definitely discussed potential add-ons like this internally — especially for long-time users like yourself — but we’re being cautious not to overcommit to things we might pivot away from. That said, you’re not the only one asking, so we’re listening 👂💬

Here’s what is available:
• You can upgrade to the Premium plan at any time (monthly), which includes Transactional emails, API events, Salesforce, HubSpot, Segment.com, etc.
• And if you want to keep your LTD and get more contacts or premium features, you can apply a 50% discount on the Growth plan directly from your Billing page in Encharge.

We’ll continue exploring flexible upgrade options for power users like yourself, but for now, no monthly bolt-ons for LTD plans specifically. If anything changes, we’ll announce it!

Q: Behavior-based emails

Hi, I have a question about behavior-based emails: Which behaviors are supported? Link clicked in email? No click? Mail opening? No opening?....

Is the following process possible in the growth plan? If a recipient clicks on a link in the email, he is tagged based on the klick and a mail-sequences will be sent automatically. If he doesn't click on the link, he is tagged with "no click" and he will be sent a different mail sequence?

Yes — what you’re describing is exactly the kind of behavior-based flow Encharge was built for 🙌🙌

On the Growth plan (which all AppSumo tiers are based on), you can absolutely do the following:

• Trigger a flow when someone opens an email
• Trigger a flow when someone clicks a specific link
• Add tags based on those actions (like “Clicked” or “No Click”)
• Use wait steps and conditions to check if someone hasn’t clicked after X days • Automatically send them down different paths based on what they did or didn’t do

So your use case:

“If a recipient clicks on a link in the email, he is tagged based on the click and a mail-sequence will be sent automatically. If he doesn't click, he is tagged with 'no click' and he will be sent a different mail sequence.”

✅ Totally doable.

You'd use:
• A Flow Trigger like “Email Sent”
• A Wait Step (e.g. “Wait 2 days”)
• A Condition Step to check if the person clicked the link or not
• Then branch into different actions and tag/sequence paths accordingly
