Love it and I really think it's going to be amazing as it matures

I switched from Flodesk to this because I was struggling to understand my funnel performance without more advanced analytics and personalization on each step. So far, I love it! Everything is very intuitive and easy to build and the customization for the flows is amazing. Beautiful emails are also really easy to build with the drag and drop builder. The forms are a bit primitive right now and lack some features that I'd really like to see (options to opt into specific tags/segments and including images with forms), but as the software matures, I'm sure those will be added. Very happy customer so far.

A Smooth Start with Encharge — and Great Support When I Hit a Snag

I recently purchased Encharge via AppSumo, and overall I’m very pleased with the tool — especially how responsive their support team was when I ran into a small hiccup.

From the get-go, setting up email workflows and segmentation was intuitive. The drag-and-drop flow builder is smooth; I was able to design customer journeys and behavior-based automations without needing any coding. It feels much more polished and user-friendly than some other solutions I’ve tried.

That said — on the first night I started digging into the dashboard, I couldn’t find any obvious subscriber count function. Happy with Encharge!!

I took advantage of the offer on AppSumo

I don't know why I feel like the customer isn't the first priority here. Besides, it usually takes a really long time for customer service to respond. So I really don't understand how difficult it is to replace the Skype icon in the social section with the Teams icon? Unfortunately, such a small thing is what is key for us and one would expect it to be a small thing, but after several months of our request, to this day, our request has not been processed. I prefer not to know what would happen if we had some more serious problems with the service.
