Does not include transactional emails
I was loving the tool. Simple to use, adequate automation flows, not too many functions, but enough, correct import tool,...
Until I went to mark an email as transactional and I realized that in my plan is not included (my fault for not checking well, but I consider it something so basic ....) and they ask me the monthly equivalent of a plan of 20,000 (buy tier 3), instead of the 4200 contacts I have active,... A disproportionate.
It hurt me, I loved it, I thought I had found the definitive tool, but I asked for a refund and I will continue using Drip.
If you are encouraged to add them, even if it is in Tier 6, I hope they give a chance to those of us who returned just for this reason.

You're right — transactional emails are often seen as a “basic” for some use cases. In our case, they’re part of the Premium plan, which isn’t included in the LTD campaign (even on Tier 6). That’s how it’s always been structured, but we totally understand how that distinction could feel unexpected, especially if you were otherwise loving the tool.
That’s exactly why we offer a generous refund window — to give folks like you a chance to test things properly and walk away if something critical is missing, no hard feelings at all.
We're actively discussing how to make Premium add-ons more accessible for long-time backers like you, but we don’t want to commit to something we might not be able to support sustainably just yet.
