The timing of this deal is perfect since I was almost on the fence and was about to jump into the Convert Kit's wagon. Talk about coincidence!

That's when I stumbled on this Encharge deal and was intrigued by its offerings. I just am trying out the first tier as of now, but with a few day's trials, am now all convinced and will go all the way up to stack it all soon.

After using it for almost a week, I now realize that Encharge is a real deal and a POWERFUL email automation tool!

Here's why:
1. The automation is pretty straightforward. It provides a visual flow of what leads where.
2. Ability to 'delete' people. This is a very recent update made (a couple of days ago, as I write this), now that makes it easy on folks who are sensitive about privacy issues and we can easily delete contacts (1 at a time to avoid abuse - nice!)
3. Unlimited possibilities - we can send unlimited broadcast emails, unlimited automated emails to onboard customers, send out drip content. The opportunities are only limited by our imagination here. They use Sendgrid which is robust in terms of delivery and speed. I have seen many influencers and notable companies using SendGrid for better email deliverability. We too get that same level of assurance on email deliverability with Encharge - that's a pretty amazing deal in itself! It's a reason enough to stack it all the way up when it's available. No brainer!
4. Support is great! Their roadmap is pretty solid and promising too. The feature requests that I posted on their feedback portal received quick responses from Kalo and/or Slav. Now that's a positive feeling!
5. Tags - these do double duty of lists and segments. Serves the purpose!

Some improvements needed:
1. Email - list view (I already suggested this on their feedback portal)
2. Emails can be reused in different flows but quite naively (like me) if you alter anything within any of such emails, it affects all the flows. Makes sense, but I learned it the hard way.
3. Metrics tab - this needs some more details at a granular level. At present, we can see the numbers but cannot drill down to see who clicked, who opened, and what got bounced.

That's pretty much what I can think of regarding improvements after using Encharge for a week.

Overall, to me personally, this tool is just the perfect email automation I have been wanting for a long time and I already gained 35+ subscribers. I use this with Swipe Pages - integrates well.

I really look forward to using Encharge for a long time to come!
