The interface (flow designer function) on encharge is certainly smooth and intuitive. It definitely helps a lot with planning and mapping from a marketer’s pov.
Flow designer is a mapping tool where u can place different marketing or social widget, linking separate flows to create unique interactions to segment your audiences. I have bad eyesight, this tool allows you to zoom in and out of the canva for ease of viewing and planning.
Another notable functions will be the liquid language, it allows you to create dynamic email content to calculate based on user’s data. Dynamic or conditional content can be created easily, you can always refer to their detailed documentation if you’re facing any issues.
The website tracking feature shows how people interacted on your website or app, giving you deeper insights and the ability to tag them and create custom segment to deliver engaging communications.
I also love the detailed statistics, it shows great insights on existing marketing automation. I strongly believe it will help me improve my engagements with my audiences.
Though there are no list atm, with segmentation functions you’re able to create you own “list”.
