This is my first entry into email automation. The interface is nicely designed with an easy layout to follow. When I log in to review the data is easy to find. The dashboard shows a summary of people, email flows, etc.

When I first started connecting the app to my site I was not sure what to expect. I tried a few different techniques. The most helpful was integrating my site to Encharge.io with Zapier. I recommend that route for the easiest path. There are other helpful guides on the Encharge site to provide other processes for integration as well.

What I’m most looking forward to is email automation creating different flows. This is the reason I choose to purchase the Encharge app service. I’m a visual learner. There is a lot of manipulation that can be created with the flows of emails. The journey for my customers will be tailored to their experiences.

The site is very helpful with a “getting started” sequence. Make sure you follow that. And make sure you connect your CRM. This is very important. The Encharge site connects easily with a CRM. Use Zapier for this. The Encharge site provides documentation for this setup.

I recommend testing the integration before launching publicly. I’ve used an extra email to make sure the mechanics work. The system seems to be flowing smoothly once I started understanding the site better.
