Good product but not for e-commerce selling physical products.
Nice mail chimp or mailer lite replacement. If you use those it will work for you, but absolutely not for e-commerce selling physical products. So if that is your use case look for something else.

You're spot-on that Encharge isn’t built as a traditional eCommerce email platform (like Klaviyo or Omnisend). Right now, we don’t support product-level automation like abandoned cart flows, product recommendations, or SKU-based triggers. So for stores doing high-volume transactional + promo sends based on product behavior—that’s definitely something to consider.
That said, we have shipped native integrations with Shopify and WooCommerce on Tier 6 (or as an upgrade for 2021 buyers), which allow for:
• Contact sync
• "New Order" + "New Customer" triggers in Flows
• Automation of post-purchase emails, review requests, loyalty sequences, etc.
We’re at the very beginning of what could become our eComm arm—and we totally get that some users will need more today than we offer.
