Hello, when you activate your membership account,
There is a column where you need to enter a URL.
I left the page to apply for the URL,
But the APPSUMO mark has already been registered.
But when I log in to https://encharge.io/, I see that there is no such account.
It seems to be a jump problem, please help me

• A short summary of what happened when you tried to activate
• (Optional) A screenshot of any error or AppSumo page showing it's already registered
We’ll look into it right away and get things sorted. If you’re seeing a mismatch between AppSumo and Encharge, it’s usually a small account sync issue we can fix manually.
