Not suitable for ecommerce
Looking at the good rating that this platform has I got the biggest tier but it happens that it is not suitable for ecommerce. Even automations like abandoned cart and any events on the website can't be tracked and followed up with an automated e-mail because of limitations of the plan. I got really excited to move from my current mailing service to Encharge as it is more intuitive to use but have to refund with a bit of disappointment.

You're right: the Growth plan (what the AppSumo deal is based on) doesn't include advanced eCommerce features like abandoned cart or event-based automation — and we've been careful to explain that across the Q&A and comments here, to avoid any surprises.
We have recently shipped the first version of Shopify integrations (available on Tier 6), which include basic triggers like "New Customer" and "New Order." It's not a full eComm suite yet, but it’s a direction we’re actively investing in.
Appreciate you giving Encharge a shot — even if it didn’t quite match your needs this time. And glad you were still within the refund window. If you ever revisit, we’ll be here!
