Over a year later and SO glad I snagged it.
I like to review after I've had a long time to actually test the software and really get a feel for it. I have tested a zillion email software platforms and there is a lot of junk out there-- Encharge is NOT one of them. It's been a breath of fresh air. It walks the line between ease of use (for what most small businesses need) and power. I'm really pleased with the interface and the way I can visually see my email sequences. Honestly, my only regret is that I didn't grab TWO codes-- one for each of my businesses.

That balance you mentioned, simple but still powerful, is exactly what we’ve been trying to get right, so it’s great to hear it's doing well in real use :)
