Potential but so far not lacking...

After the team got the initial integration issues resolved, I'm updating my review.
A few things that I found disappointing:
- No landing pages; this is pretty standard now with any email client and a necessary one. It means I still have to pay for a separate email client if I don't to have to fight with a million web-hooks or zapier automations. :(
- No transactional emails - again pretty standard... unless you upgrade to premium at $879 per month -
- The interface is still a little clunky and the Drag and Drop editor lacks a lot of features; no templates, not a lot of customization.
I appreciate all the features but the lack of features included even at the highest tier, means I STILL need another tool as a gap stop and that defeats the purpose of the lifetime deal.

I've tried to set up this platform and for weeks it's been - well, bad.
Folks are telling me I went straight to spam...and...Having a LOT of trouble with the Thrivecart API. Encharge sent over 200,000 requests when I was trying to set it up so Thrivecart disabled it.
I've reached out to the Encharge Team with NO RESPONSE. So I bought the highest tier for a product that is not functional.

First, I’m really sorry for both the technical mess and the radio silence you’ve experienced 😔 That’s not how we want anyone to feel, especially after investing in the highest tier.
A couple of things:
• We absolutely want to get your Thrivecart integration sorted. That 200k+ request spike you saw means something in the setup likely looped incorrectly — it’s not normal behavior and can be fixed.
• Deliverability (emails going to spam) can be improved, but it requires looking at your sending domain setup (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) and your sending pattern — we can walk through that with you.
• Our support process now is much more hands-on than what you may have experienced in the past. If you didn’t hear back before, that’s on us, and I want to make it right.
