Our current Thrivecart integration is still quite limited. Right now, we support basic contact sync and two main triggers: New Purchase and New Subscription. But we know that's just scratching the surface of what folks expect from a “native integration.”

That said… you’re not wrong to call it “very basic”

We’ve got more work to do here, and while I can’t promise timelines or exact features (we try not to commit to things that may shift), this is 100% on our radar. Our new ownership team is actively reviewing all integrations and how to deepen the ones that matter most to our users.

We massively appreciate you taking the time to share this, even if it came with a 1-star sting. Feedback like this helps us prioritize better. And hopefully, we’ll earn back that star (or a few more!) as the product improves 💙
