[UPDATE ADDED] Can't get any support - non existent

ETA: since I left this review I have been contacted by Encharge and I've been able to make progress with setting up my account. I have upgraded my rating from 1 to 3 because of the support I have been offered.

I'm investing quite a lot of time into getting this set up because I really want to love this product. I'm hoping things will continue to improve.

I can't get my account set up. I'm using webhooks to integrate with Thrivecart (because the native integration is only available on level 6, and I don't need much else from that level) but I have some questions about problems I'm having.

I requested to join their FB group but haven't been let in and it says there hasn't been any activity in there for the last month. Their FB page hasn't had activity since 2022, so that doesn't look promising.

I have tried the online chat. It says they will "reply in a few moments" but that was six hours ago. So I've sent an email to see if that gets a response, but I don't feel hopeful.

I have added two brand accounts and it looks like I can easily switch between the two, but sometimes when I make a change on one brand, like custom fields for example, it's switching to the other brand and adding things in the wrong place.

It's making it very hard for me to like this product and I haven't even tried to import my email list yet. I'm stuck at the first step and I've already spent a lot of time on this. Hope it isn't wasted.

We totally understand how frustrating it can be when you hit roadblocks early on. I just want to reassure you that your time hasn't been wasted, and we’re here to make things right.

First, a quick note: Encharge is under new ownership as of 2025. We weren’t involved in decisions made before this year, including the dormant Facebook group or past support delays — but we are here now, and deeply committed to giving you the support and stability you deserve.

A couple things that might help immediately:

✅ Webhook-based setups like ThriveCart + Encharge are possible — and we’ve helped multiple users set this up. If something’s not working, we’d love to help troubleshoot it directly. Just shoot us an email at support@encharge.io
with your ThriveCart webhook payload (redacted if needed) and we’ll jump in.

✅ Multi-brand handling – yes, you can toggle between brands easily. That said, what you described (custom fields being created under the wrong brand) sounds like unexpected behavior. We’d love to reproduce and fix it — this might be something on our end.

✅ Facebook group – you're absolutely right, it hasn’t been active lately, and we’ve intentionally shifted our community efforts elsewhere for now. But we’ll revisit this as we grow the new chapter of Encharge.

✅ Live chat – We do respond there, but it can take longer during high-demand windows (especially during the AppSumo campaign). Thank you for following up via email — we’ll make sure you hear back asap.
