You responded, YES, that is something that will be done in the future.
To me, that sounds like a "MAJOR FUNCTIONALITY CHANGE" and per your past responses, this would NOT be included in future updates?
Let's say your response is no, it would not be included. Would we have to upgrade to one of your other plans? Or would there be special pricing for new features offered to your "lifetime" folks?
I have already stacked 5 codes but still need a solution that "requests" the reviews (like the poster above asked about and you gave a positive response to). I want to be sure I am not buying something on a lifetime deal that ends up being antiquated in 6 months when "new functionality" is added.
Lifetime has certainly changed in the past few years - so clarity is very important here.

Thanks for the question — you raise a great point. It was always my intention to have automated review requests sent from within Endorsal itself. The functionality will effectively have its own CRM platform that'll enable you to monitor customer submissions, send review reminders and follow up on feedback.
As you say, in all likelihood, that will constitute major new functionality. However, as with video testimonials — it's a feature that was already on our roadmap so I'm happy to include it to all plans as a base feature. There may be some sort of usage cap on there (too soon be 100% sure), but as you've stacked the full 5 codes, I can say that it definitely won't be an issue for you.
