Can we have outcomes that take more than one 'outcome type' into account?

Ex.
Your quiz has two questions!
Question 1 - The options are 'A, B'
Question 2 - The options are '1, 2'

I want to build different outcome screen for A1, A2, B1, B2.

So in this scenario I want to be able to have 4 'outcome screens' for 4 different answer combinations.

Right now on the outcome screen I can only choose 1 'outcome type' for each screen.

1)Can we combine different 'outcome types' on an 'outcome screen'?

If so, how do we add more 'outcome type options' to the 'outcome screen'?

If not, do you plan to add the feature in the future? If you plan to add it, when do you think you will have it?

2)I would like to add 'outcome types' as I see fit. So for one quiz I might only use two 'outcome types' for an outcome screen. But for another quiz I might use three 'outcome types'. Basically for each 'outcome quiz' I want to be able to choose as my 'outcome types' for an 'outcome quiz' as I want. Is that possible?

This feature would be a deal breaker for me, and I suspect it is important to alot of other sumolings if they know about it.
