So far I've used several types of solutions like SparkChart, Feedler, Quriochat which I think all provide their solution to a wide range of needs but this one is just simple, easier to configure and implement. I truly like the semplicity though it can be limiting if you want to go into customizing it or implementing it in other more integrated ways. My hope is that the creators will continue to develop this further by providing more control and integrations.
In my humble opinion the progress and future of this software will be made clear by next year after they get the skip-logic solved within this year. Their solution is simple and good but it will not scale unless it is more customisable and integratiable. So, fingers crossed and hope to see this develop beyond this initial "TV audience engagement" phase.
