First let me say this is a review for EngageNow.

This is a very interesting product which out of the box is excellent for polling during an event, a bar during a match, or probably many other situations I haven't yet thought of.

Someone else gave a more detailed description of how it works but basically it consists of a main screen which would be shown to everyone and then a voting screen which the participants would access individually on their phone. When someone votes the running tally is then shown on the main screen.

It also allows chat through an integrated Facebook module.
And it allows you to switch between different question screens so you can for instance have a set up with an information poster, then go into a poll, followed by an ending screen and then maybe a how did you enjoy the night poll.

It's simple to set up and does exactly what it sets out to do.

There are a few things I would change and having chatted to Piotr yesterday it seems the following are on the roadmap;
- The chat is per account which means it will carry over from event to event. The only way around this is to manually decline each chat individually. They plan to make this a one-click option.
- Everything about running the event is manual, including starting and switching the questions. They plan to allow you to set up automatic timing for this.
- There's currently no way to see how many people actually took the poll, just the percentages. This will be changed as well.

- The one thing they don't have planned and which I would like to see is the option for the participant to enter their email and then maybe draw a winner.

I was worried that 500 participants would be a bit low but Piotr explained that is participants who are active at the moment. This theoretically means you could have thousands on a poll, especially if you don't use the chat function to keep people on the site.

Overall I can see great use for this. Piotr was quick to reply and this is already a great product with even better potential if they implement the roadmap.
