opticlabQ: credit roll over, issue, and roadmap
I tried the trial, first impression quite nice.
1. Is there a credit rollover? Or do unused credits expire?
2. As with many tools, the developer unfortunately didn't think this through, when the images are too large, the upload is denied. I understand that it's due to the models, but can't it be auto-downscaled? This is always extremely annoying, especially since you also launched an image style changer.
3. Is there a roadmap? What else is planned?

1. Currently, we operate on a subscription-based model, and unused credits will reset at the end of the user’s subscription month, starting from the date of subscription.
2. We understand the inconvenience, and we’re planning to release a resize function, with an optional cropping feature, within the next two months. Currently, the maximum allowed image dimension is 5000 pixels for the longer side, so we recommend manually resizing your image to fit this standard.
3. We are also working on a "one-click processing" feature, which will simplify the user experience by removing the need for manual parameter adjustments.
