Q: What depth of expertise is there in UK corporate law, share vesting, shareholders agreement drafting and formations

Information on your site about onboard expertise is far too sparse
I recently had do a UK company formation with 3 classes of ordinary shares, (Memorandum and Articles, shareholders agreements (including good leaver/bad leaver terms, pre-emption rights, death in service etc and valuation basis's). The legal costs were too high for what is after all a routine, albeit personalised set of documents.
I am wondering how well this tool would have worked to solve that problem, in the end I wrote all the documents, agreements, terms and valuation forms myself using my own legal knowledge and resources but for peace of mind, it really needed a proper UK corporate lawyer to review and comment, could this tool of helped?
A suggestion, personally I would also like the OPTION of one good answer for $30 instead of 3 answers for $75.

There are certainly topics where a broad base of insights are an advantage, and also areas where you have to go deep and get a black and white, single answer.
