Hello, Information on your site about onboard expertise is far too sparse I recently had do a UK company formation with 3 classes of ordinary shares, (Memorandum and Articles, shareholders agreements (including good leaver/bad leaver terms, pre-emption rights, death in service etc and valuation basis's). The legal costs were too high for what is after all a routine, albeit personalised set of documents. I am wondering how well this tool would have worked to solve that problem, in the end I wrote all the documents, agreements, terms and valuation forms myself using my own legal knowledge and resources but for peace of mind, it really needed a proper UK corporate lawyer to review and comment, could this tool of helped? A suggestion, personally I would also like the OPTION of one good answer for $30 instead of 3 answers for $75. GLWS

I wasn't sure about this, and was thinking its just another interface connected to one of the AI engines, but I checked your sample report on your website and it's quite amazing. The report was informative, well laid out, covered logically the points etc - The concept looks amazing. I'm going to look at buying.
