Yes, you can set up different teams by creating individuals modules for them. So, what it means is you'd add erxes messenger twice in the AppStore, add two channels, two knowledgebase categories. etc. Depending on how these teams interact, you might need to create one or two brands. If these two teams are dependent on each other, then they'd have access to each feature and see each other knowledgebase categories, forms they've created, etc. But as for communication, you can add certain teammates to a specific channel, so whoever needs to see the messages sees those and not the other team's conversations.

But if these two teams are independent of each other and not see each other's forms, conversations, etc. you'd need Agency Whitelabel, which is an upcoming feature (P.S: it is different from the whitelabel we're offering at the moment when 5 codes are purchased.)
