All future native internal integrations will be at no extra cost to all existing users; 1 integration will just count as 1 towards your limit only. To summarize our updated roadmap, we are postponing Agency accounts for a while until we can solidify our main core features: 2-way SMS, task automation, alternative lead generations, lead scoring, client portal and auto-ticketing, as well as improvements to our existing features. We are also focusing on APIs and Webhooks as a means of custom integrations to invoicing, and other useful apps for our users.
