Q: Hello!
Could you please explain why do you OWN any data moved through you, and what exactly means that you could "use" it?
As per your TOS:
When a User (including you) submits content or information to the Services, such as messages or files (“Customer Data”), you acknowledge and agree that the Customer Data is owned by erxes Inc. erxes Inc may provision or deprovision access to the Services, enable or disable third party integrations, manage permissions, retention and export settings, share channels, or consolidate this workspace or channels with other workspaces or channels, and these choices and instructions may result in the access, use, disclosure, modification or deletion of certain or all Customer Data.
Also, why if I request that the account is deleted, you delete email and personal information, but not all client data?
As per your TOS:
You may also request that your account is deleted, together with all messages you have previously sent and your personal information, such as names and email addresses.
I guess this may be just a matter of poor wording because it sounds terribly dangerous to use your services as per your TOS.
Thanks in advance for your answer.
Indra

We do not intend to own or use it in any way that violates user rights.
We'll update our terms and let you know here.
Thanks again for bringing this to our attention.
