May 14, 2024A: 1. Not really. Within one organization account, you can create multiple Brands and manage separate businesses, if I understood your question correctly. And you can create individual Messengers, forms, knowledgebases for those Brands.
2. Dashboards - a user-friendly way of seeing your stats. 15 Dashboards mean 15 different ways/sections to see individual stats for Brands/Team/etc.

If you've stacked 5 codes you're able to have whitelabel for your organization with one custom domain.
As for multiple custom domains, we're exploring it for our upcoming Agency Whitelabel project.
