To address your first question, yes, if you were to send out a flat, fixed number of 400,000 emails it would require that you obtain more emails from our pricing plan. We can help you configure that through email correspondence if you'd like. But seeing as your organization seems to be a moderately large one, we can also recommend our open source version to you. The core advantages of our open source are: first access to our new integrations and features, before SAAS testing, and a limitless usage of the emails, as they will be hosted by your own server. This relates to your second question in that we will be hosting your emails, through our own service provider. Managing the movements of your emails will be yourself, and it can be done directly on our platform.
