Can we track and trigger behavioural campaigns with external tag managers ? I want to use engagement metrics like percentage of a page read or video watched and trigger campaigns with that information.If it is possible can we trigger behavioural messages and send the messages with Whatsapp, Viber, Wechat, Telegram, Line etc or only email and sms?
