I wanted to like this, I really did. I liked the concept. I thought it was the one stop for everything. I have tried to figure it out, but the UI is not user friendly or intuitive at all. I decided that I would hold off on learning it until I had more time to really dedicate to learning how to use it to its best potential. Along the way I think my account was downgraded or canceled. This is honestly the first time I am truly disappointed in a appsumo deal. It is not appsumos fault that the company cancels your account less than a year after signing up.
I am truly impressed by all of the functionality of this tool. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 tacos is due to the lack of documentation or training. If you are looking for a tool to capture and communicate with leads, knowledge-base, growth hacking (didn't even know this was a thing) and manage email communications and messenger try out Erxes.

Agency or folks dealing with Cross-Sectors - Log in ONCE and access all area across all brands. If you are an agency - need I say more....
PROS Login ONCE - deal with all brands! Sectioned into logical flow. Each sector has clear process and access. Complex abilities and functionality with a pretty clean UI. Lots of Help/How-to in relevant areas so you don't need to go looking. Excellent live support and CRM flow through options Ability to provide restricted access to work partners/teams Has replaced six (6) programs we currently run for CRM alone (for varied sectors and functionality - we tested and made full use of the free version) Free version with no BS hard-sell, try, ask, try some more and friendly support. Use their own product! Listen to user input - from the perspective of a user.
Notes: Complex abilities, time to setup (not really a con but you need to get a grasp of flow) CRM - live interaction, requires you to be logged into your dashboard and on the conversation panel or no notifications arrive (live help folks waiting and you don't know)
CONS Clicks - as mentioned a few times, some processes require numerous clicks to achieve a single outcome. A few areas have potential for "danger" clicks - delete, remove etc (lost a popup and all data associated with it, mistaking X for close not delete)

Purchased 5 codes and am in the process of setting up. I want to take my time setting up correctly from day one and the tutorials help a lot. Comprehensive functionality from what I can see and I think this will be an awesome CRM moving forward. I'm only a few hours in (setting up), but it looks promising. Looking forward to my country's sms functionality coming on board. So far so good.
