I haven't seen an open source All-in-one growth marketing & management software like erxes before and I love it! mautic.org who claims to be the World's Largest Open-Source Marketing Automation Project seems like a joke (to me) after testing both. Please don't get me wrong (@ Mautic Community & Advocates)! Mautic is great, but I simply prefere erxes as it has quite a few features which Mautic doesn't have. And the fact that they offer a LTD for the SaaS version is actually something I wished would come to AppSumo for "Acquia Campaign Studio" which was previously provided through mautic.com

But I'm very happy with the possibilities erxes offers. And the fact that they develop it as an open source project is a WIN-WIN for everybody! I'm that type of person who would prefere that everything is open source and intellectual property should have a reform so that the world can progress sustainably and together (not against each other)! But that has nothing to do with how good erxes is at the moment. I simply believe that the open source strategy gives erxes a huge advantage. In addition, there are not many comparable open source software solutions.

And like probably all sumolings, I would like integrations with a surprising number of applications that have already been here on AppSumo.

- Generally more integration options where we could directly integrate with Cloud Storage including AWS and Google Cloud as well as SMTP like AWS SES and phone like Twilio alternatives.

PROS
- Big brands in Mongolia & International use erxes
- A dedicated & passionate Team
- A truly customer focused All-In-One Software
- Multilingual capabilities
- All benefits of Open Source
- They seem to fix issues relatively fast
- Tutorial Videos (evan though I wish there were more...)
- Documentation (evan though it could sometime have more details)

CONS
- As erxes doesn't provide a team email address we're (currently) forced to use IMAP in order to receive emails inside erxes. So, please consider adding that simple feature, similar to Freshdesk, LiveAgent, Helpwise etc. so that every new admin user automatically gets an erxes email addres which can be used to forward for example "support@company.com" to "mail.company.app@app.erxes.io".
- IMAP doesn't seem to work with any of our cPanel servers, evan though the very same credentials work on other Mail clients.
- The UI is simple & really nice but not fully polished as it has a few bugs here & there
- It often takes a while to get an answer (but they're here to help...)

AppSumo Pricing Structure?!
It's an unclear Pricing Structure (for Sumolings) when we need more:
- contacts
- team members
- integrations
- track events
- verify numbers/email adresses
- need more phone numbers.

Therefore I would highly appreciate if you could publicly share the pricing structure for the mentioned additions and also share what happens if we exceed some and/or all of those limits?
