While I could have easily used their free plan for my uses, I decided to go all in on 1 code as think there is so much potential in a tool like this. As a freelancer, I have started to struggle to keep track where I am with client projects and was currently using live agent and platformly to manage communication and clients across a few brands - they are great tools in themselves but found the CRM side to be clunky. Erxes gives me a super clean way to manage client projects, quickly add notes or new tasks to the customer profile and help me plan future ideas. Yes, its a bit of a learning curve to get everything setup but once done it all makes sense and easy to use. I have found a few bugs particularly with the team inbox feature with IMAP emails not showing up all the time which is likely going to make my transition from live agent a little slower, but I have faith these will be fixed. I do hope Integromat gets added and some kind of email to board feature like Trello has, but the team seems very committed to adding user-requested features. I havent dived into half the features yet but the live chat and knowledge base seems great from what I have seen and will make use of these.
