Q: Sorry if has been answered earlier.
Imagine that I activated specific addons based on a client’s low budget for a small project on a client’s site and then I hand over the Admin access to the client.
(1). After the hand over, can the client activate other addons without my consent, since they ‘smartly’ used a low budget to get me to install the EAE plugin installed and their web Admin?
(2). Via email and on my dashboard on your portal, would I be notified as each addon is activated and deactivated? If not, could you include this feature?
(3). If the case above is true, what control can you include such that client would not be able to activate other addons without my consent afterwards?
(4). From my dashboard on your portal, can I deactivate the operations of the plugin on client’s website? If not, can you include this feature already, please?
What bulk action features do you have on one’s account to manage all the website that one install the EAE plugin?

May 14, 2024A: Hi there,
Hope you are doing well. I'll try to answer your questions to the point.
#1. You can use your license to activate your client's site. When activated, the license will be partially blurred and the full license key can not be seen from WordPress dashboard.
#2. You can see the activate domains from your account and deactivate them if you want. We have this feature already.
#3. If you provide the license to someone, they will be able to activate the license without your consent but you can always deactivate the domain from your account. So it's better not to give the license to someone.
#4. Yes, you can do this as stated above.
Cheers!

Thank you for your efforts but you did not understand my Questions 1 and 2 so let me clarify so you could answer accurately:
(1). On a client’s website, if I installed the EAE plugin and activated just one element (for example, the Pricing Table and the Countdown elements). Can the client activate (any) other element without my consent?
If that is the case currently, it means that clients can OUTSMART us by asking for very small task which requires, say, just one element, knowing that, once the whole EAE plugin gets installed and and the website is handed over to the client, they can very easily activate as many other elements as they wish ON THE SAME WEBSITE without further consulting us.
SOLUTIONS AND REQUESTS
(i). To checkmate that, we should be able to LOCK DOWN all other elements on the EAE such that ALL OTHER ELEMENTS ARE GREYED OUT.
(ii). An UNLOCK KEY or CODE or something ingenious should be required BEFORE ANY OTHER ELEMENT CAN BE ACTIVATE ACTIVATED.
(iii). The activation and deactivation of elements on the EAE installed on clients’ sites should be done PREFERABLY through our Account on your portal.
(2). My initial Question 2 was NOT concerning domain-level statuses. Instead, it was a follow-up concern from Question 1 so here is it: we should be able to see the STATUS OF EACH ELEMENT on clients’ sites (ACTIVE / INACTIVE).
So now, do those features already exist? If not, they are very important for Agencies to manage and monitor clients’ websites and so, could you please include such features and kindly prioritise them on your roadmap?
(3). Educate us please: is the Essential Addons for Elementor a PLUGIN or an ADDON or a SUITE OF PLUGINS or a SUITE OF ADDONS?
(4). Is EAE compatible with themes that are locked to WP Bakery (Visual Composer), or it only works with bare themes?
(5). I wanted to buy two themes but now, I want to believe that the Essential Addons for Elementor should be able to get the job done.
Since adopting your EAE would display the capacity, creativity and efficiency of the elements in the EAE, on this project, I prefer to relate directly with Asif or Rupok (not just your Support staff for now please) and so, how can I reach you directly please?

Very useful needs. If they do not already exist, it would be awesome if they are included and prioritised on the roadmap.
