Be aware that we have logged two support tickets, the first over two weeks old, no response whatsoever from the company.

Also now the software has stopped working altogether and we can't email our terms to clients so we have to now find an alternative.

I want a refund on this as it's not fit for purpose and I would recommend treading gently if you were thinking of using this in a critical part of your business - which lets face it, if you need a legal signature, then it is critical.
