To address your concerns:

You can delete invited users by navigating to the Team section in your account. From there, you’ll be able to remove users you no longer wish to keep in your team.

If you’d like to cancel document processes that haven’t been completed, please go to the "My Signatures" menu and click on the "Signatures" tab. For pending documents, you'll see a blue "Waiting" button—clicking on this will give you the option to delete or cancel the request.
