This is an excellent tool, and I view it as a must-have if you’re building and selling courses.

I hope saying this helps as there seems to be some confusion over plan limits related to the “over 800k datapoints” feature, but that’s a misunderstanding. I’ve been able to search all I want (unlimited). It turns out the 800k datapoints is a weird way of saying they have about 200k+ courses in their database and each has 4-5 datapoints each. I’m not sure why anyone would want to advertise their scraped data this way… just ignore it.

What I like

1) Unlimited searches
2) Has a course planning tool, and uses design cues from Udemy
3) Ability to research books as well (although very secondary)
4) 30 Keyword searches built in per month. A reasonable way to get more without being gouged.
5) Simple, but not quite minimal design. I’ve been able to accomplish a lot in just a few hours.
5) Clean interface that’s easy to use. This actually makes a difference in my workflow.

What I want

1) Ability to save course research searches (maybe as a PDF?)
2) Search history… I’m going to NEED to remember what I searched for and when.
3) The ability to edit tags independently of saved courses and course plans as I start my planning at the category level, not the course level.
4) Some clarity on how course export can be used as it just pumps out the course planning info into a TXT file with way too much whitespace. I’m not sure what this is for.
5) More book features. How about sales volume/rank on various ebook platforms? Ratings on those platforms or Goodreads? Highest/lowest price on monitored markets. Right now, this is just a Google Books search it looks like.

TL;DR
Eurekaa is easily five tacos. and a must-have for those who build and sell courses.
