Q: Hello, regarding the book search – can I upload books (Pdf or various ebook formats) I own so Eurekaa can ...
search it's content to create course outline, etc? Or can I copy content from the book (even whole) book to my library for the same purpose? Or if not – can I do some workaround, like create my own website, paste the content there and point Eurecaa to this website? I'd like Eurekaa to help me generate outline and some content from approx 7-12 books on some topic... Thank you

May 14, 2024A: Not the entire book (unless it's really short). Right now have an 8,000-word limit for uploads, and it needs to be a .txt file. So you can upload parts of it and have it do that using the Transform Tab, but that may take a while. Or you can take your Table of Contents and paste that in the Transform Tab and have it create a course outline for you based on it, which you can then transfer to our Editor to flesh it out. IF your book has been published, self or otherwise, you could search for it in Book Search and save it from our database into the library that way. There you can open it next to our Editor as a guide to make your course.
Your last part is doable by using our Eurekaa Highlighter Chrome extension. IF your book was on a website, with our Chrome extension you can highlight any text on the page and your highlights will be captured, and you can then click-save it to the Content Library in Eurekaa to use in the Editor.
Hope this helps.
